Management Accountant - Up to GBP65,000 + Bens

Location: Harlow, Essex (Hybrid)

As the Management Accountant you will lead the financial reporting and planning processes. This role is pivotal in delivering best-in-class budgeting, forecasting and performance management to support strategic decision-making.

You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insights and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

The position offers the opportunity to shape financial tools, reporting frameworks, and analytics that maximise impact and value for money.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including re-forecasts.Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts with variance analysis.Prepare annual reports and support audit processes.Develop financial performance metrics and cost allocation methodologies.Provide scenario modelling and financial insights for business cases.Analyse income, expenditure, and cost trends with meaningful commentary.Ideal skills and experience

An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.Advanced Excel skillsAbility to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
