Job Title: Purchase Ledger / Purchase Ledger Manager

Location: Annan, DG12 6SU

Industry: Agriculture Industry

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible)

Hybrid Working: Offered after probation

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Company Overview

We are currently working with a well-established, family-run SME in the Agriculture Industry who are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger or Purchase Ledger Manager to join their growing finance team based in Annan (DG12).

Key Responsibilities

Processing of purchase invoices

Managing the purchase ledger function end-to-end

Performing supplier statement reconciliations

Supporting month-end close processes

Liaising with internal departments and suppliers

Ensuring accuracy of ledger entries and maintaining up-to-date recordsRequirements

Proven experience in a purchase ledger role (management experience advantageous)

Strong working knowledge of Sage

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (desirable)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesQualifications

AAT qualified / studying

CIMA part-qualified / qualified

Or QBE (Qualified by Experience)Benefits
