Pension Projects Team Leader

Description

Due to growth my client, a leading occupational pensions consultancy, are currently seeking an experienced pensions professional (defined benefit) to join their national projects team in a Team Leading capacity. Duties will include:

Leading a team to ensure that pensions projects (data prep, GMP etc) are delivered on time and in budget Liaising with a range of stakeholders both internal and external, to ensure delivery of projects Identifying areas for process improvement Support your team and identify any areas for learning and development Conduct regular reviews in order to manage team performance and any potential shortfalls Identify opportunities for revenue growth whilst ensuring team time is used wisely Support Relationship Managers and GMP teams regarding project queries Applicants must possess pensions projects or GMP experience and ideally have managed / supervised a team in the past. Strong knowledge of "defined benefit" is a must and exposure to projects work in a pensions environment is extremely desirable. The role may suit a current Pension Projects specialist who is looking for their next challenge.
