Description

Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws.

Maintain employee payroll records and update systems as required.

Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.

Address payroll-related queries from employees and management.

Assist with year-end reporting and audits related to payroll.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.

Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.Profile

A successful Payroll Advisor should have:

Experience in payroll processing within a professional setting.

Knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software.
