Payroll Administrator

Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team based in Birmingham, working full-time from the office, 5 days per week for 9-month FTC.

Salary: 36,000 per annum (9 months FTC)

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end processing of payroll for approximately 9,000 employeesEnsuring payroll is processed accurately and within strict deadlinesMaintaining employee payroll records and data integrityProcessing starters, leavers, salary changes, statutory payments, deductions and benefitsResolving payroll queries from employees and stakeholdersSupporting payroll compliance and legislative requirementsProducing payroll reports and reconciliations as required

Essential Requirements

Proven experience actively processing payroll, not solely payroll administrationExperience working on large-volume payrolls of approximately 9,000 employeesStrong working knowledge of SAP Payroll (essential)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirementsGood Excel and Microsoft Office skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment5 days a week in office which is mandatory
