PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - PART-TIME

MONDAY, TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY: 20+ HOURS PER WEEK

£12.50 - £12.90 PER HOUR

People Solutions have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Payroll Administrator based at our Head Office in Walsall. Joining us on a part time basis, working approximately 20+ hours per week across Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday with varied start times.

Day to Day Duties:

Responsibilities will include:

Ensuring weekly payroll deadlines are met

Handling and responding to queries relating to payroll on the telephone and via email

Ensuring accurate records are kept in-house

Creating weekly reports for the Payroll Supervisor in excel

Reporting directly to the Payroll Supervisor

Essential Skills:

Experience working with payroll

Good Excel skills

Good communication skills

A positive can-do attitude

Good communicator

Attention to detail

Able to work well as part of a team and under own initiative

Training:

Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support throughout
