Order Processing/Customer Accounts – Global Manufacturing

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Type: Permanent

Salary: £28,000 + Attractive Benefits + End-of-Year Performance Bonus

This client seeks a detail-driven customer service professional with a passion for delivering customer excellence in a global operation. Due to continued growth there is an urgent requirement to source an additional business-focused Order Processing/Customer Accounts specialist, responsible for supporting high-value clients across the global manufacturing sector.

Key skills and responsibilities:

Managing complex customer accounts and high-value order processing across international supply chains

Coordinating customer forecasts and ensuring timely, accurate reporting working with Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP systems

Running detailed spend reports via Excel and performing advanced data analytics to support strategic decision-making

Collaborating with internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure seamless customer experiences

Acting as a key liaison for client communications, delivering articulate and professional responses across all channels

Managing extensive email communication between the customer, supply chains, manufacturing and distribution

Candidate requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer account role within global manufacturing

Proven expertise in supply chain coordination and order management

Advanced working knowledge of SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional approach
