Are you a detail-driven Management Accountant looking to develop your career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Futures Recruitment are supporting one of the region s most innovative and rapidly expanding manufacturers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant who s passionate about numbers, process improvement, and supporting operational success. You ll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy across the business, working closely with both the finance and production teams to keep records up to date and processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Process and authorise purchase invoices, credit notes, and supplier paymentsMaintain accurate supplier records and raise purchase orders for materials and servicesRecord daily bank transactions and complete regular reconciliationsMatch invoices to goods received and liaise with the production team to resolve queriesReconcile supplier statements and assist with month-end reportingManage staff expenses and petty cash transactionsSupport credit control and customer invoicing, ensuring prompt paymentsAssist with stock and cost reporting to help track manufacturing performance Skills & Experience

Previous experience or study in finance or accounting (AAT qualification desirable)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliationsConfident communicator, able to work with suppliers, customers, and colleagues across departmentsOrganised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environmentEnthusiastic about learning and contributing to the success of a growing manufacturing business This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a business that values teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional development.
