Management Accountant / Financial Controller

Your new companyHays are partnering exclusively with a highly successful and growing business, who deliver a range of exceptional services to their customers. You will be working within the UK division of an international group and will play a vital part in the delivery of day-to-day financial information.

Your new roleYou will report to the Group FD and lead all day-to-day financial operations for multiple divisions. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting and FP&ADeveloping and maintaining financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry regulations and company requirementsPreparing monthly accounts pack, including analysis and insight into financial and operational performanceBusiness partner with various department heads, supporting budgeting and forecasting to support commercial decision-makingSupport the Group FD and MD with strategic decision-makingEnsure compliance with tax, legal and regulatory requirementsOversee the transactional finance functionSupport the audit process and external advisorsThis is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday. The role offers hybrid working for up to 2 days per week.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to:
