A leading commercial finance company is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join their Asset Finance team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in their first or second role who is hungry to learn and eager to build a long-term career within financial services.

The successful candidate will gain exposure across all areas of the business — sales, operations, and credit — providing support where needed and developing a well-rounded understanding of asset finance. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Asset Finance team with day-to-day activities across sales, operations, and credit.

Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and processing finance applications.

Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth delivery of finance solutions.

Develop an in-depth understanding of asset finance products, processes, and compliance.

Contribute to team projects, offering ideas to improve efficiency and client service. Candidate Profile:

6–24 months’ experience in a professional environment (finance background useful but not essential).

Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable with a strong desire to build a career in asset finance.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
