3-6 Month Contract
Darlington – Hybrid Working
The Company
Certain Advantage is working on behalf of a globally known Diesel Engine manufacturer who designs, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems. They are actively seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to sit within thier Finace Team.
Key responsibilities Required
Journal entries and reconciling Finished Goods,
Work In progress and Intercompany accounts,
Knowledge of inventory provisions and running annual stock count reporting.
This position will look after one or two sites but mainly Italy – you do not need to be a language speaker but if you have any Italian speakers, this would be a bonus
Competencies
Part qualified or new studying accountant
Working knowledge of SAP
Be able to pick new tasks quickly and autonomously
Ability to investigate and resolve issues with short deadlines
Be able to communicate at different management levels with confidence
Business Partnering – able to build relationships with stakeholders to drive the desired results
Qualification
IMA - ACA or Part Qualified
