Location: Newcastle City Centre (Office-Based)

Salary: £29,150 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term

As an Administrator, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service. Your day-to-day will include:

Managing and maintaining accurate data across core systems.

Preparing fee calculations and raising invoices for clients and providers.

Liaising with third-party providers to obtain valuations and complete instructions.

Tracking progress and resolving issues to meet service standards.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.What We're Looking For

Previous experience in wealth management administration or financial services administration is ideal.

Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.

Confident with IT systems and problem-solving.
