A manufacturing company in Coventry is looking for a Financial Controller to lead their finance function and support business performance through accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end and year-end financial processesPrepare financial reports and present insights to senior leadershipOversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementLead and develop the finance team, ensuring consistency and accuracyMaintain compliance with statutory reporting, tax, and audit requirementsSupport financial planning for projects and capital investmentsDrive process improvements and strengthen internal controlsIdeal Candidate
