Niche manufacturing entity of a global group of companies are expanding their team locally due to the acquisition of a new business. This has created an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant on a 12 month FTC.

You will be immediately available or short-notice.

Working closely with the Financial Controller and Management Accountant your role will be to assist with the management of the company s daily financial operations and reporting

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

Accounts receivable / Credit controlSupplier invoice processing support and reconciliationsPosting purchase and sales invoices & processing payments to suppliersBank entries and reconciliationsBalance sheet reconciliationsIntercompany invoicingSupport with monthly stock reconciliations Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

Ideally you will be AAT Level 3 or equivalent experienceStrong credit control experience with the ability to build strong working relationshipsOrganised and detail orientatedIntermediate Excel skills Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Assistant:
