Finance Analyst Nottingham Hybrid Working

We're recruiting for an exciting Finance Analyst opportunity within a highly respected organisation undergoing continued growth and transformation. This is more than a reporting role. You'll be at the heart of the business, delivering meaningful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making and helping shape future performance.

If you're studying towards ACCA, CIMA or AAT and looking for a role that offers exposure, development and genuine career progression, this could be the perfect next step.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans.Owning key month-end processes, including accruals, reporting and analysis.Producing insightful reporting that helps drive business performance.Partnering with stakeholders across both finance and operational teams.Analysing financial data, identifying trends and investigating variances.Supporting Capex reporting and forecasting activities.Reviewing data quality and helping maintain accurate business information.Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve finance processes.Supporting business-critical projects and delivering ad-hoc analysis when required.You'll ideally have:

Progression towards AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualifications.Strong month-end, budgeting and forecasting experience.Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills, including pivots and reporting.The confidence to challenge, influence and communicate with non-finance stakeholders.A proactive approach and desire to continuously improve processes.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Experience using ERP or finance systems.Why Apply?
