The Entry Level Finance Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Description

Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.

Assist with processing payments and reconciling accounts within the Accounting & Finance department.

Follow up on outstanding invoices and liaise with customers to resolve payment issues.

Support the team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Respond to customer queries related to credit control in a timely and professional manner.

Provide general support to the credit control team as needed.Profile

A successful Entry Level Credit Control Administrator should have:

A strong interest in developing a career within Accounting & Finance.

Basic understanding of financial processes and credit control principles.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
