MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their expanding team on a full time, permanent basis. The company are looking for an attentive individual who can deliver excellent customer service to their clients. The Role you will be doing;

* Prioritising customer orders

* Using the SAP system to check stocks and financial details

* Liaising with customers on any quality issues

* Component and raw material ordering from suppliers

* Taking day to day customer queries and requests

* Weekly planning meetings

* Updating and maintaining spreadsheets for their customer

* Accepting deliveries

* Invoicing

* Raising works orders

* Stock allocation

* New Product Introduction

About you;

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written

* Proven track record of account management

* Proficient in all office Microsoft packages

* SAP knowledge is essential within this role

* Well-organised and great attention to detail

* History of a continual improvement background is desirable

* System administration is required
