Description

Oversee and manage the organisation's credit control processes to ensure timely payments.

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment schedules.

Conduct credit checks and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients.

Handle queries related to invoices, payments, and account discrepancies professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues efficiently.

Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow for management review.

Implement and improve credit policies to mitigate financial risks.

A successful Credit Controller should have:

Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable within the FMCG industry.
