Responsibilities in your new role as Credit Controller

In this crucial role, you will ensure adherence to payment procedures and policies, driving timely collections. You will maintain proactive communication with tenants to efficiently resolve any payment issues that may arise. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with property managers, client accountants, and clients to tackle queries and facilitate smooth payment processes. Additionally, you will monitor, manage, and report on debtor accounts, highlighting overdue balances and providing updates on collections progress.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone with prior experience in credit control or a similar role, who can demonstrate a strong understanding of financial processes and collections. Your ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships will be essential in succeeding in this role. If you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, you could be the perfect fit for our team!
