What will you be doing?

* Managing customer accounts, handling queries, and resolving disputes

* Overseeing credit control and aged debt to minimise financial risk

* Setting credit limits and monitoring account activity

* Reconciling accounts and maintaining a clean debtor ledger

* Posting receipts, processing rebates, and managing invoices/statements

* Maintaining accurate records of foreign currency exchange rates

* Assisting with financial reporting, month-end tasks, and cash flow forecasting

* Supporting the setup of new customer accounts and credit applications

Must have’s

* AAT qualification or equivalent (preferred)

* Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office IT systems

* Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures

* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above

* Strong customer service background

Helpful Extras

* Monday to Friday

* Temp ongoing position

* £14.36-£15.38 p/h (equivalent to £28k-£30k per annum)
