Description

Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.Process and allocate incoming payments accurately.Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications.Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer queries promptly.Prepare and distribute regular debtors' reports to management.the accounting team with credit control-related tasks.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Assist in reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.Profile

A successful Credit Control Clerk should have:

Experience in credit control within the accounting and finance sector.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
