Description

Are you ready to take ownership of Group accounting and financial reporting for a fast-growing international business? This newly created role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in shaping financial reporting across a multi-country organisation with strong growth ambitions.

As Consolidation Manager, you'll be the go-to expert on Group consolidation, period-end closing, and IFRS financial reporting. You'll design and oversee accounting policies, partner closely with internal stakeholders, and act as the key contact for external auditors. With responsibility for delivering accurate and insightful financial statements, you'll have a direct impact on decision-making at Board level.

What you'll be doing:

Lead the Group consolidation process, ensuring accurate period-end closing and reporting.

Deliver monthly consolidated financial statements and board-level reporting packs.

Partner with auditors and internal teams, providing clear guidance on complex accounting issues.

Shape and maintain Group accounting policies, ensuring compliance and best practice.

Advise on accounting implications of transactions including M&A, restructuring, and partnerships.

What we're looking for:

Significant experience in group accounting and consolidation, ideally within an international environment.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.

Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar; professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc.) are a plus.

Excellent communicator with the confidence to present at senior level.

Strategic mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and provide pragmatic solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing European organisation, influence its financial strategy, and accelerate your career in a high-profile Group role.
