Job Title: Business Analyst (Customer Journey Manager)

Salary: £500 per day

Location: Leeds Wellington Place (Hybrid - onsite 2 days per week)

Contract: 6 months

About the Role:

As a Customer Journey Manager, you will be at the heart of our product development process. Collaborating closely with Product Owners and feature teams, your primary responsibilities will include:

Understanding and Mapping Customer Journeys: Evaluate end-to-end journeys from both customer and business perspectives.

Data-Driven Insights: Draw valuable insights from diverse data sources to inform personalised engagement strategies.

Problem Solving: Use your experience to identify the best solutions, applying your judgement to prioritise options effectively.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships while managing expectations through regular updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with various functions to integrate technology and business processes.
