Your New Role:As an Audit Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse and high-value client portfolio and lead audit engagements from planning through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of clients with fees totalling approximately 500,000Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, ensuring deadlines and queries are managed effectivelyLeading large and complex audits, offering practical solutions to partnersIdentifying and managing firm-wide risks, including reputational and credit risksCollating data for inspections, technical reviews, and audit-related enquiriesMonitoring timesheet entries for accuracy and appropriate codingEnsuring audit teams stay within budget and time allocationsServing as the primary point of contact for clients on all audit mattersResponding promptly to client queries and maintaining high service standardsSupporting business development through proposals, presentations, and networkingWhat You'll Need to Succeed

ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)Proven experience managing audit teams and client portfoliosStrong knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standardsAbility to implement audit methodologies and communicate technical concepts clearlyExperience with both substantive and controls-based audits, group reporting, and cross-border engagementsFamiliarity with accounting frameworks such as UK GAAP and FRS
