Audit Advisor

Description

We are looking for an Audit Advisor to join our client in their growing and well-regarded Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong technical knowledge to take responsibility for delivering accounts and audit compliance services across a varied client portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing financial statements and tax computations

• Preparing management accounts

• Preparing statutory financial statements for non-audit assignments

• Preparing corporation tax computations

• Preparing sole trader tax computations

• Preparing VAT returns (with assistance)

• Planning, managing, and completing audit files

• Assisting with audit assignments and ad hoc projects

• Supporting Associates and Directors in achieving firm objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Good working knowledge of UK Financial Reporting Standards and ISAs

• Strong understanding of personal income tax, capital gains tax, corporation tax, and VAT

• Experience using statutory accounts preparation, corporation tax, and audit software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
