Key Responsibilities

Process and post invoices accurately using Access and Inprotech

Manage supplier payments and remittance advice

Reconcile bank and supplier accounts

Maintain petty cash and monitor bank balances

Respond to supplier queries via shared mailbox

Support audit and disbursement management tasksThe ideal candidate will have

At least two years' experience in an accounts payable or similar financial role, ideally gained within a professional services environment. You'll bring excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a proactive mindset. Strong IT proficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential, along with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
