We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our thriving finance department. What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our busy finance team, including:

Event Billing: Liaising with event managers and clients to ensure accurate invoicing

Purchase Ledger: Processing supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliations

Stock Control: Assisting with month-end inventory counts for food and beverage cost tracking

Sales Ledger & Credit Control: Managing outstanding debt and client account reconciliations

Bank & Payment Reconciliations: Monitoring and reconciling all payment channels and bank accounts

Income Audit: Daily revenue reporting across multiple revenue streams

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

Ambitious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in progressing within accounts

Organised, reliable, and proactive with excellent attention to detail

A confident communicator with a collaborative approach to working within a team

Comfortable working with Excel and accounting systems (experience is a plus, but not essential)
