Accounts Analyst

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Analyst to join our clients finance team. This ongoing contract role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial department and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

Support accounts payable and receivable processes.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.

Ensure compliance with company management systems, including Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards.

Skills & Experience:

Proficient in FP&A software, particularly SAP; familiarity with SAGE and Visibility is a strong advantage.

Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of financial reporting and analytical techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to build effective relationships across departments and seniority levels.

Experience managing direct reports and leading financial teams.

Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Experience working in multicultural environments and coordinating with international financial shared service centres is highly desirable.
