Our client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a company that offers top class training and development.

The role of Accounts Administrator involves the following tasks.

Responsibilities

* Matching invoices to purchase orders.

* Checking invoices against plant returns.

* Approval of plant invoices.

* Dealing with queries with Suppliers.

* Raising of S/C Orders.

* Charging to sites.

* Dealing with Counter charges.

* Reconciliations of various reports.

Profile

* Strong IT skills.

* Strong numeracy and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team. and communicate effectively at all levels.

* Attention to detail.

* Consistent and disciplined attitude.
