BMW Z4
The 2003 arrival of the Z4 showed the market what BMW could really do. Athletic and sculpted, it’s a culmination of the brand’s transition into the modern sports-car arena. Expect a civil appearance from the front, but raging power the moment you leave the city and hit the motorways. For all-out thrills, the M Series variants in particular just can’t be beaten, bringing searing track performance to the road. With a rip-roaring choice of petrol engines (including V6s) to power the rear axles, the two-seater-only Z4 is a suave roadster with a mission to put a smile on your face.
