The engine number on a Ford Focus (2018 onwards) is typically stamped on the engine block, either on the rear or sides of the cylinder block. For UK models like the 1.0L EcoBoost or 1.5L TDCi, you'll usually find it near the transmission bellhousing.

The engine number contains vital manufacturer information including production details, specifications and batch codes. Current Ford Focus models (Mk4) measure 4647mm long, 1810mm wide and 1468mm tall with a 2705mm wheelbase. All UK-spec models feature independent suspension - MacPherson struts at the front and multi-link setup at the rear.

For exact location, consult your V5C logbook or check near the oil filter housing on 1.0L EcoBoost engines. The number is required for DVLA registration and service records.
