Description
Balancing Akt was founded by Kat Carn in 2021 with the single aim of helping humans live more authentic and whole lives. Kat is a movement and meditation teacher, a resilience and balance coach, and, most importantly, someone who learned to stand back up when life knocked her sideways.
Her work marries years of spiritual practice and teaching with science-based transformational coaching practices to help individuals build genuine resilience and create balanced, intentional lives. She believes that through personalised coaching, mindful movement, and holistic wellbeing programmes, we can all develop the clarity, strength, and grounded confidence to navigate life with more ease and joy.
