Marma Junction offers personalised wellbeing support through Ayurvedic consultations, Marma therapy, massage, yoga therapy and traditional body treatments.
What sets my service apart is the time I take to understand you as a whole person. I consider your physical concerns, lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, emotional wellbeing and personal goals before creating an approach tailored to your individual needs.
My treatments are not one-size-fits-all. Depending on what you need, sessions may include Marma point stimulation, massage, warm Ayurvedic oils, breathing practices, gentle movement and practical lifestyle guidance. Recommendations are realistic, manageable and designed to fit into modern daily life.
Clients describe my approach as kind, caring, intuitive and supportive. My aim is not only to help you feel relaxed after a treatment, but also to help you understand your body, recognise early signs of imbalance and feel more confident supporting your long-term wellbeing.
Mobile appointments are available, along with treatments at the peaceful Birch Barn Therapy Rooms in Castlethorpe.
