DO NOT HIRE. Hired to do a plumbing job and tiling job. Ignored my specific instructions that I was passing on from my kitchen fitter and did the plumbing his own way, convincing me that the kitchen fitter would be fine with it. When the fitter told me it wouldn't work, Alex came back to the site to discuss. He agreed to fix the work (less than 1hr worth of work) and said he would get the tools from his car and then just disappeared and blocked my number... I had already paid for the plumbing in full...

Would definitely recommend the services of ASBS. He has completed several jobs in my home and my work premises. His prices are very reasonable and he works to a high standard. I now use ASBS to do maintenance works on all my properties that are let to tenants.

I would highly reccommend ASBS for all types of building services. I had a home emergency, he came at short notice and completed the job. Very professional and polite, he done an amazing job. I got Alex back in to do various jobs around the house. 10/10 from me, thanks again ASBS!
