A Brand New, still wrapped White PVCU window with top opener. Fabricated for a job which didn't go ahead. Meets current Building Regulations standards. It was purchased for a job which did not go ahead

- 1120mm high by 660mm wide
- White PVCu reinforced 60mm frame
- Top opening sash over a fixed lower window
- Lower window has 2 nr DGU's - one with a 180mm factory made hole in it for a 6" extractor and another DGU without the hole - both fit the bottom window frame.
- Upper window as DGU included - all DGU's are 4mm glass - 20mm warm edge spacer - 4mm glass with low emissivity coating to
- A rated window unit for thermal performance
- Comes with trickle vent for the sash header
- Comes with a stub sill
- White locking handle with 4 locking points
