James and his team turned up on time and worked late into the evening to conclude the job. They were polite, hardworking and completed the job of fitting laminate flooring in various rooms including bathrooms to a high standard. Additionally they were flexible when the scope of the job work was changed at the last minute. Would recommend.

James was great to work with. He really understood the brief and saved our school money with his solutions. Our new acoustic curtains in the dining hall have significantly reduced noise. Birch have also installed new flooring in the corridor. The flooring is of good quality. We did need the fitters to come back for some minor works. They did quickly and we are now very happy with the result.

James was really helpful and made a series of sensible points and sent one of his staff to look at the situation. Unfortunately the cost of the suggested solution proved to be too expensive, and we decided not to proceed. A pity. I still consider the firm to be a helpful company and wish James and other staff well.
