I was very pleased with the job done in such little time. Unfortunately someone called in sick and the cleaner was completely on his own but he managed to do a deep clean in one day and avoid to have to reschedule. He was very helpful, professional and did a great job.

I corresponded with this company, gave a description of what I wanted answered the questions asked and they provided a quote, at no point was it communicated that they will require further review. The property is empty and has been cleared of all rubbish but on arrival, the cleaner said the oven was not included which I agreed to , he asked if I wanted the skirting boards cleaned, I referred him back to the quote and said clean whatever has been agreed in the quote, he started making excuses stating he has to take pictures, check some filters (not sure what oven filters need checking) etc.. just felt like he did not want to do the job. I agreed for him to take pictures and get back to me with another quote, not heard back, despite prompt responses previously. I just feel like my time was wasted as I had to cancel a meeting to meet them at the property. I even asked him if he came there with the intention to inspect or clean, needless to say I will not be using them however, this could just be a one off, not sure why this happened.
