Flexello WC1 10RB
10 inch dia, 2 inch wide rim, rudimentary roller bearings, to run on 1 inch dia shaft
Thes are new never used, just been kicking around for over 25 years, stored in an old dust bin outside, had gone a bit rusty, they are now in wire brush, oily rag finish
Not available in imperial anymore AFAIK
