Description
This is an excellent beginner home gym set, ideal for strength training at home.
• 4 × 1.25 kg weight plates
• 6 × 5 kg weight plates
• 2 × 15 kg weight plates
• 1 × Barbell
• 2 × Dumbbell bars
• 6 × Spinlock collars
Please note: the two 15 kg plates are from a different set and are not compatible with the barbell or dumbbell bars included. They can be used separately for exercises such as farmer's walks, carries, or other free-weight movements.
All items are in good condition with only minor cosmetic scuffing from normal use. The vinyl coating on all plates is intact with no cracks, and all spinlock collars are fully functional and secure.
