Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Agency I began working with this agency in November, and it’s now the end of April — yet my website is still not finished. Throughout this entire process, I’ve provided clear, repeated feedback which has been consistently ignored or poorly implemented. Despite months of communication, the same issues persist, and progress has been painfully slow. There has been no accountability, no urgency, and absolutely no justification for the delays. I’ve wasted time, energy, and money, and still don’t have the website I was promised. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable or professional service.

The sales pitch was strong and I was excited to get to make great progress. Unfortunately as the process got going, it was stressful and so SLOW....I had to continually follow up as I got zero updates. Most days, nobody picked up the phone. What should have taken 6 months, we eventually shut down after 18 months or more. After losing much information/communication each time a new Project Manager came to 'run' the project (4 times) was painful. Bobby and I agreed that we wouldn't write a bad review or get Trading Standards involved, in return of a partial refund, however, in true Bemunchie style, that was 7 weeks ago! If it were me, I would have personally confirmed it had gone through within a few days. No care or professionalism. Avoid unless you love stress and staying awake at night! We have given him every opportunity to do the right thing, but we were let down at every turn.
