Hi, My names Keith, I am a fisherman in Torbay. If you are reading this review, then you are probably in the same position I was a couple of months ago. Due to the Covid pandemic I was forced to find ways to support my family, my wife and I started by selling my fish on Face Book, this quickly became a nite mare trying to keep up with the messages etc. I decided that a website was the way forward. Once I made the decision to go ahead with the website, my search for the right web designer started, I spent weeks searching and chatting with different designers, the problem I came across was being bombarded with technical jargon and promises that made no sense, I could just about use an iphone. When I found Bark, I expressed my interest with several designers, Franc was by far the most helpful and professional web designer I spoke with. Within minutes of speaking with Franc, I knew this gentleman knew his stuff, it really was the best decision i made. Franc kept me informed all the way through the design process and created a logo that wows everyone, what makes Franc stand out from the rest, is that he is always there to respond to queries and has gone the extra mile to make the website truly amazing. The website has become such a success, I am having another website being built by Franc.

BIG Hug to Franc & the team! Our new App has swiftly been verified by iOS and Android which was our biggest fear. I've been pleasantly surprised by how they can run with ambiguous requests. The efficiency in which they’ve managed to dive into the codebase has been very impressive.

This company cares more about £££ than their low-end customers. I write this as I finalise my website, which was planned and paid for in advanced to be finished on deadline by Franc and his team. This situation is the product of excuses; the foundation of poor customer service. When you pay £1000.00+ for a service; you never see yourself spending a Saturday afternoon doing said service yourself, and being sent an invoice before the tasks for the first paid invoices were finished. Why is YNLPR worth two stars? Because they pick up the phone. Not because they actually deliver.

When you're working outside your comfort zone it's good to have someone 'on side'. He worked with the information I provided and developed the ideas I had come up with to produce a site that I'm very happy with. I'm happy to recommend Francone in bringing your ideas to fruition.
