Since 2020, I've specialised in web design and web development for start-ups. I have helped many clients achieve their dream of a business website. Helped small and medium sized businesses (in 3 countries) achieve sales - with my design.

I've been able to work closely with clients from all different industries. From coaches to property owners and those with great ideas to help them realise their dream of going solo... and earning more in the process. The clients are all different - and I love that. It keeps it fresh and allows me to create good design for those who need it, in any sector.

I used to work for companies and agencies that had no accountability, an inflated design budget and no consequences for failure.

They would schmooze new clients with an avacado 'Pret' salad, a busy whiteboard presentation and the smiles of the senior execs. Only to shuffle the client off to the cheapest junior once the contract was signed and the money cleared.

The biggest flaw in design in general is that many professionals take credit for success and explain away failure as 'brand awareness'. They don't know what they're doing.

Clients' money has been wasted, opportunities have been lost through bad business decisions and design budgets have been blown with a total disregard for ROI (return on investment). Then, at the end of the year, they would pick out their most visually bloated design and win an award for it, which looked cool, but the users could not use it.

For me, that had to change.

I believe in customers. I design solutions for end users.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Luca on my new website, and I am so glad a friend has recommended her to me! Luca was super diligent and patient and was happy to listen to all my ideas and requests and found ways to incorporate these into the design. She had lots of great ideas and suggestions and always explained what is possible to achieve with the tools and plugins and what is beyond the platform.
