I started RAVA in 2019 during my successful career as an International Footwear Buyer, I made the huge jump to hang up my boots (pun intended) and work for myself.
It's been the best decision I ever made, I've managed to transfer all my knowledge, skills and experience into my own business and I'm now able to help other businesses/individuals to reach their goal.
We are now a Multi-Award winning Virtual Assistance company, where we offer general office support to include:
- General admin support
- Diary & to do list management
- Invoice management
- Call and email handling
- Event management
- Appointment making
- Travel arrangements (please see my list of services with further information).

I'm certified in Microsoft Excel where this has hugely benefitted myself and my clients and has led to me specialising in spreadsheet creation and managing important documents. As well as being exceptionally organised, I thrive on structure and having a clear process in place has definitely helped the return of many clients. I would love to help you/your business and I do it all with a smile on my face :)

RAVA has been really successful, we have a broad range of clients from the Harry Potter Costume Designer to Government Officials and due to the success and high demand of my services, I decided to expand and now have on board 3 fantastic Associate VA's:

* Bex comes from a similar background to myself, exceptionally organised and hard working.
* Lottie is a legal secretary and it has been great to add another string to my bow and work with someone that has a legal background.
* Danielle has years of experience as a PA in Deutsche Bank, where she managed a handful of traders.
