Restaurant Manager – Brinkley’s Kitchen, Wandsworth Location: Wandsworth, London

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus

Start date: ASAP

About Us Brinkley’s Kitchen is a well-established, vibrant neighbourhood restaurant in Wandsworth, known for our relaxed atmosphere, modern European menu, and exceptional service. We’re proud to be part of wider restaurant group — an independent collection of restaurants and bars across South West London with a loyal local following and a reputation for quality, style, and consistency.

The Role We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Brinkley’s Kitchen. You’ll be the face of the restaurant — ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience while driving operational excellence and motivating a passionate front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times

Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding hospitality

Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and performance

Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to maintain brand standards and achieve business targets

Monitor budgets, sales, and cost control to maximise profitability

Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

About You

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy, high-quality restaurant

Strong leadership and people management skills for a team of 10 people

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Financial awareness and experience with stock control and cost management

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities

A hands-on approach and a positive, can-do attitude
