CRAZY FIT SUPER BODY SHAPER. VIBRO PLATE. Has a BMI testing function. Various Programs, adjustable speed and time. Don`t go for Max or you will desolve and your teeth will fall out - only joking, but it is very fast. Instruction Manual included. There are suggested programmes online to use if you want inspiration. It is fairly heavy so will need 2 people to carry. It will however take apart, as we have done before when moving, and is easy to re assemble, instructions are in the Manual. Help is available to take it apart if needed. 40ins high x 27 1/2ins wide x 30ins front to back, the platform is 22ins deep x 25ins wide. Weight is 45 kilos It has two small wheels at the back so you can wheel it about. LASTLY it has a switch at the back to turn it on and off, this has not worked for ages, I just turn it off at the mains when I have finished using it, they always recommend unpluging any machine when not in use anyway.
