We wouldn't hesitate to recommend BWPC to anyone for their pet cremation needs. From the moment we made contact about losing Winnie, our beloved cat, to the moment we said goodbye, Lizzie and Charlotte made this so much easier for us. Lizzie met us, showed us where to park and invited us in. The resting room was beautiful, quiet, with flowers, candles and a pet bed. We had a settee to sit on to say our last goodbye. We didn't feel rushed, we were able to take our time. On the day of collection of ashes Charlotte was there to greet us. Lizzie had left the ashes in a bluebell scatter tube, along with a certificate and sympathy card for the family. We were very touched by the remembrance bracelet Lizzie had put in for one of the grandchildren. Fantastic service, grateful thanks.
