I cannot recommend Home Care Support Services highly enough. They supported my grandad with daily visits, including preparing his breakfast and dinner and making sure his medication was taken correctly, and the care they provided went far beyond what we ever expected. Every carer who came into our home showed genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. They didn’t just “do a job” — they took the time to talk to my grandad, reassure him, and treat him with real dignity. It made such a difference to his wellbeing and to our family’s peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout. We were always kept informed, listened to, and supported, which meant everything during a stressful time. The team consistently went above and beyond, often helping with things that weren’t expected but meant the world to us. Finding carers you can truly trust is not easy, but Care at Home made us feel safe, supported, and cared for every single day. I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed my grandad and our family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate home care.

We asked Home care support to come and look after my Husband who has dementia, their care manager come out discussed the service and talked to both myself and my Husband which was really nice for him to be included. I explained what we needed and they was more than happy to help, told us the charges and we agreed. when they left the house they said they would be in touch with us in the next 24 hours and by tea time we had revised copy of the care plan to look through and agreed. very pleasant and a great service all round

They have assisted, and supported not only myself, but also my son, and live in full time carer. The Care @ Home Newbury Ltd have repeatedly gone above a beyond in there caring duties.
