This wasn’t emergency, it was a pre arranged pickup to take stranded car to garage. I’m from out of town so had just arranged what was easy. On the way, Naz (driver) informed me chosen workshop did not have good reputation based on previous customer interaction. Naz advised me of alternate. As it happened, my pre arranged workshop couldn’t meet the booking commitment, so Naz took me from there to alternate garage couple of miles away (no extra charge), where car was repaired (two suspension coils, two tyres) same day. Don’t know if recovery price was competitive, I didn’t compare and don’t care because the service was great.
