Vehicle Preparation & MOT

All retail vehicles are supplied with either an existing long MOT or a new 12‑month MOT, provided free of charge with NO advisories. Vehicles marked as Trade Sale are sold without MOT, strictly as seen. Every vehicle is HPI checked to confirm clear ownership and no adverse history.

Delivery

We can deliver your new vehicle and collect your part exchange anywhere in the UK. Delivery is only available after the vehicle has been viewed in person and the customer is fully satisfied with its condition. A deposit is required to secure your vehicle. Any delivery charge will be quoted and agreed with you before the deposit is paid.

Warranty:
Warranty status for each vehicle will be clearly stated in the vehicle description, or discussed and agreed with you prior to purchase.

• Trade Sale vehicles: No warranty — sold strictly as stated in the description and on your receipt.

Our in‑house warranty covers mechanical and electrical failure only. It excludes: wear‑and‑tear parts, tyres, batteries, brakes, and damage arising from accident, neglect, or misuse.

1. Basis of Sale
All vehicles are sold as used, subject only to the warranties stated here and your statutory rights under UK law. Trade sales are sold as seen with no warranty or condition implied.



2. Inspection
You are welcome to inspect, test drive, or arrange an independent check of any vehicle before purchase. Completing the purchase confirms you are satisfied with the vehicle’s condition, mileage, and specification.

3. Payment
A deposit is required to secure a vehicle. Full payment must be made before collection or delivery. Deposits are non‑refundable if you cancel without cause. If we cannot supply the vehicle as agreed, your deposit will be refunded in full.

4. MOT
The free 12‑month MOT with no advisories offer does not apply to trade sale vehicles.

5. Warranty Claims
All Corner Cars In‑House Warranty claims must be pre‑authorised by us. All repairs must be carried out by a VAT‑registered repairer. We reserve the right to approve repairers and costs before work commences.

6. Right to Reject
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

• ✅ Within 30 days: If you reject a vehicle for a valid fault, no usage charge applies.

• ⚠️ After 30 days: If you return the vehicle — or return it for reasons other than a qualifying fault — we reserve the right to deduct a usage charge of up to 45p per mile from any refund. This is calculated on the mileage difference between collection and return.

7. General
Nothing in these terms removes or reduces your legal rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
