Selling my Vauxhall Astra as I’ve recently got a new car, it’s listed cheap as it could do with some cosmetic work.

The water-pump and drive/alternator were changed earlier this year, there are no faults or issues with the car itself it runs perfectly as it should, it just has some cosmetic stuff that needs sorting such as the passenger-side tail-light needing replacing (see final photo, they’re £100 or less online) and the front bumper requiring some work due to a small dent kindly left by the previous owner and due to the side-clips being loose (it didn’t bother me so I’ve left it). It’s been like it since before I bought it nearly two years ago, the bumper itself doesn’t wobble as it’s still attached to the actual bracket that holds it in place, but the side clips have just popped out… a common issue with these Astra’s at the best of times. The drivers-side sun-visor is also not connected.

The wheels could also do with a refurb and it probably has a flat battery as it’s been sat for a couple of weeks, I’ve got jumper cables.

I bought it as a workhorse so the cosmetic bits never bothered me, but as a car itself it has never missed a beat and we’re going to be sad to see it leave the family.

Not accepting offers so please don’t bother, it’s already the cheapest running 1.8 SRi XP edition for sale and has been priced according to the cosmetic work requiring to be done, it’s nearly 20 years old so if you’re looking for a new car, I’d recommend you look elsewhere.
